Our client is looking for somebody to join their team on a FTC basis to support in an Customer Service and Administrative role. The role would be suited to an enthusiastic and positive candidate with a great work ethic and previous office based experience.
The role will include:
Speaking with customers over the phone and email
Management of internal and external systems
Taking ownership of the work and service you deliver
Responsible for inbound and outbound communications with customers and other teams
Motivated to delivery KPI's and SLA's
Ensuring compliance at all times with GDPR guidelines
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent Customer Service skills and confident communicator via telephone and email High attention to detail Proactive and always striving to achieve goals, KPI's and SLA's Strong organisational and time management skills Previous experience in a similar position Ability to work in a team and potentially coach new starters in the team
