THE ROLE
To provide Facilities Admin support to the Facilities Manager.
Organising and coordinating works that need to be carried out throughout the building.
Creating, amending and updating various reports.
Updating various records on the database
Deal with queries both internally and externally.
Ensure H & S records are kept up to date
Ensuring fully compliant
Help induct new people, by talking through a presentation relating to H & S risks throughout the business.
