Job Description

As a Compliance Administrator, you would expect to do the following duties:

  • Ensure 100% compliance through the process
  • Manage customer and supplier relationships and their expectation
  • Ensure that service issues or failures are raised quickly and actioned
  • Understand and comply with legal requirements and policies
  • Ensure a complete and accurate answer to customer enquiries within the agreed timescales
  • Cover equivalent roles when required by the business

Working hours:

  • Monday - Friday
  • Working hours 9am and 4pm
  • The hours may vary from time to time
  • No weekend work required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Computer literate with experience on Microsoft Office packages etc. Comfortable using spreadsheets and have a solid understanding of Excel Strong attention to detail Experience in fast-paced, high volume, target-based environment Experience working with multiple systems at once Previous recruitment or HR experience would be advantageous Previous experience in compliance or vetting is beneficial, but not essential
