Job Description

Essentially, if you are passionate in sales, customer service, administration and/or have experience in the IT sector, in a role where you are confidently supporting a sales team we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing customer sales orders onto SAP system.
  • Monitoring logistics of customer orders to ensure complete fulfilment.
  • Handling and answering inbound e-mails and calls.
  • Helping customers with any enquiries that they may have.
  • Processing orders into our warehouse dispatch system.
  • Assisting management in day to day activities.
  • Managing customer returns and enquiries.
  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Prioritising tasks according to importance and urgency.
  • Ensuring tasks and enquiries are handled end to end.
