Responsibilities include:
Processing customer sales orders onto SAP system.
Monitoring logistics of customer orders to ensure complete fulfilment.
Handling and answering inbound e-mails and calls.
Helping customers with any enquiries that they may have.
Processing orders into our warehouse dispatch system.
Assisting management in day to day activities.
Managing customer returns and enquiries.
Providing excellent customer service.
Ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner.
Prioritising tasks according to importance and urgency.
Ensuring tasks and enquiries are handled end to end.
