Ideally you will have strong administrative skills ideally within a similar organisation. You will be mainly assisting the account management team with a high level of admin and client communication. You will be ensuring issues are managed and resolved professionally as well as assisting with reports for management and ensuring that all costs are captured and charged on to the client as well as keeping the clients up to date with any changes etc…
Responsibilities:
Assist Account Managers with quote requests
Assist with administration distribution i.e. distribution lists, labels, etc.,
Assist with preparing basic SEPs
Assist Account Managers with Online Ordering Portals:
Tasks include:
Team player, able and willing to assist other members of their team and to contribute towards common team objectives
Flexible, positive attitude and able to cope under pressure
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
