Description

The key responsibilities of the customer service administrator are:

  • Be the first point of contact for any incoming calls and emails to resolve queries
  • Processing payments over the phone or via email through the system
  • Responding to enquiries both through email and over social media platforms
  • Supporting the customer service manager with any queries or ad-hoc tasks
  • Creating any orders as requested by customers
  • Dealing with office administration, processing returns and filing any logged calls/enquiries
  • Informing customers on products and understanding how to sell the positives of the products, having a genuine passion about what they do

Profile

The successful candidate will be a self starter and have experience in a fast paced customer service environment, ideally from FMCG. They will be resilient and empathetic to level with customers and understand their situation and needs, alongside being able to naturally communicate at all levels with great attention to detail. The Customer Service Administrator will be a real team player with the ability to work from home autonomously for the next few months

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ideally the candidate will be immediately available or on a short notice period, but for the right person a notice period would be manageable. Experience on Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook) and an order processing system are highly desirable.
