Job Description

My client is an established and successful engineering business with a global customer portfolio and reputation. A business that has not suffered during covid (it is a key business) 2020 has been a year of growth and the need for further support in the existing HR team has been identified with this newly-created role.

Reporting to the HR Manager and working alongside an HR Advisor your role will be varied, interesting and will really develop your skills across all the key HR specialisms. It is an Admin role but working in this small and dynamic team you will get exposure to all aspects of HR & the business to drive your development.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience within an HR Administrator or role, ideally be studying or completed CIPD Level 3 and be organised and a good, professional communicator.
