•             Cooking Validation

•             Supplier Non Conformances

•             Create Labels

•             Internal Audits

•             Risk Assessments

QA Cover

•             ATP Checks

•             Cleaning Chemical Residue Testing

•             Start Up Checks

•             Chemical Concentration Checks

•             G & BP Audits (Daily And Monthly)

•             Listeria Swabs (Pre And Post Clean)

•             Environmental Swabs

•             Hand Swabs

•             Water Samples (Monthly)

•             Airplates (Monthly)

•             Collecting Samples

•             Species

•             CCP

•             Daily Calibration
