Job Description

The role of Facilities Administrator:

As a Facilities Administrator you will also provide additional support to the Facilities Management Team in order to provide an effective and efficient service.

The Duties and Responsibilities of Facilities Administrator:

In order to hit the ground running and be successful in this role you will need to:
*Demonstrate excellent levels of administration and general technical support within the facilities management team.
*Use your excellent IT and systems knowledge in order to support Senior Management and Area Managers with the collation and preparation of data and information, you will also be required to manipulate this information and create reports.
*Take ownership of enquiries and provide information and updates.
*Coordinate meetings and manage the meeting diary, assist with the organisation of exhibitions and events in addition to staff consultation events.
*Provide additional support to the Facilities Management Team in order to provide an effective and efficient service.
*Provide general administration support within the Facilities Management Team.

In order to apply for this Facilities Administrator role you must be:
*Available to commence work immediately.
*Be eligible to work in the UK.
*Be able to attend site for your training and to fulfil your daily duties.
*Be available for the duration of the contract (until 22nd January 2021).
