Job Description

Sales Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that the supplier accounts are up-to-date with this
  • Inputting Invoices
  • Maintaining internal EDI system
  • Maintaining internal Spreadsheets
  • Liaising with teams
  • Supporting the Finance Team
  • General office administration
  • Adhere to all internal processes
  • Ensure all reports are updated accurately and on time
  • Compliance
  • Provide a high level of customer service at all times
  • Ad-hoc duties.

Hours:

Full-time, Monday to Friday

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good administration and organisational skills. Competence in the use of IT tools including Word & EXCEL. Numerate (GCSE Maths and English essential) High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Adaptable and flexible with a conscientious approach Self-motivated and organised. Able to work under pressure and meet essential deadlines. Demonstration of working as part of a team as we encourage all staff to assist each other voluntarily at busy times.
