Job Description

The role and Responsibilities

-To Ensure all POD's are collected from the Warehouse, Logistics and store and check all booked in.

-Ensure all pick lists are signed in line with requirements

-POD Filing. Act as site contact for invoice queries (from Finance)

-Order any consumables as requested

-Administration support

-Cover Lunch breaks for the Administrator

-Assist with answering of telephones

-Ensuing good working knowledge (through training) of SAP and the WMS system

The company are offering a salary of £20,000-£22,000 depending on experience with working hours of 9 am till 17.00 pm


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be considered for this role you must have Administration experience ideally from within working in the Manufacturing or Logistics industry -Administration experience -Experience working in the Manufacturing or Logistics industry -Experience of Sales Administration is desirable but not essential -Experience using CRM systems, SAP knowledge is desirable
