The Admin Officer will support the business processing PCN and offering advice to customers.
Duties Includes:
To be responsible for providing comprehensive high quality, professional and customer focussed business and administrative support.
Delivery of administration support to Representation Officers across a range of services including Penalty Charge Notice processing, dispensations, suspensions, refunds, raising invoices and general office functions.
To support and contribute to the development and maintenance of efficient office systems, which ensure the delivery of the service, including post, filing and record keeping.
To assist in developing, implementing and reviewing guidance notes for all staff on office procedures and to ensure all staff are aware of the administration systems and apply the agreed procedure.
To co-ordinate the Parking Service Department's involvement in corporate projects and initiatives. Attendance at meetings may be required.
