Upload onto Sage the online and trade sales orders
Take orders, process and add to the system - training will be provided
Book using the online CRM system courier / pallet deliveries to send and track orders
Organise same day couriers
Logistics administration - supply of tracking information to eBay and Trade customers on a daily basis
Request shipping quotes and liaise with the sales team
Report and escalate any shipping issues that occur
Answering telephone queries when required
We are looking for a good all rounder who is happy to "muck in" due to this being a smaller business. Please note that due to the location of the business you will need to have your own transport.
