Job Description

This is a well established business with a good history and a strong future.  The team are friendly and helpful to each other and their customers, fostering a really positive workplace.  Full training is given, and there is continued development available throughout the company.

We are looking for someone friendly and who builds rapport easily with their customers.  You will need to be passionate about providing excellent customer service, and happy to work as part of a strong team.

The role is Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.  These working hours may change in the short term  to allow for social distancing when the full workforce is in operation.  The position is available immediately.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls to clients and customers
  • Offering assistance with products and systems
  • Customer retention
  • Introducing products where suitable
  • Keeping records on the system
  • Keeping clients happy by taking ownership at all times

The salary for this role is up to £20,000, depending upon your relevant experience.
