Job Description

They are looking for a Sales Order Processor who has outstanding attention to detail.

The Role

• To be the first point of contact for the company answering inbound calls

• Processing orders daily

• Upselling when possible

• To provide excellent Customer Service always

• Dealing with product enquiries

• Maintaining good customer relationships with existing customers

• Maintaining contact with the warehouse in relation to processing orders for the pack and dispatch

• Maintaining good relationships with other departments

• General administration duties
