Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To be the first point of contact to customers providing excellent customer service
- Monitor and respond your emails and phone calls with ideally 100% response rate
- Deal with all levels of calls from ASB, Tenancy to Repairs etc.
- Inputting details into an in-house system
- Escalate any complaints as required and support continuous improvement for homeowners
- Ad hoc administration duties
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience of working within a Housing Contact Centre Proficient in MS Office Confident in using various Housing systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Remain calm and polite under extreme pressure Excellent knowledge of Outlook Fast and accurate typing skills
