Job Description

You will be responsible for the following.

  • Scheduling high volumes of interview
  • Forming and maintaining employee records
  • Creating and maintaining personnel files for new starters, adhering to GDPR guidelines.
  • Sending out required paperwork
  • General HR admin duties

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The candidate will have experience in on boarding candidates Proactive with a lot of initiative Ideally used HR systems before Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise Strong Excel experience
