Job Description

Part time role exists with our client, would suit someone form a firm of accountants or bureau background

Payroll duties include the following :-

Complete payroll start to finish, including all pension obligations for around 130 clients.

Processing Client payrolls with various pay frequencies

Processing new starters and leavers issuing P45s

Sending FPS/EPS to HMRC

Advising clients of PAYE and NIC liabilities on a monthly/quarterly basis

Processing auto enrolment pensions through payroll and uploading pension file or manually entering figures in to pension portal and processing payment

Manually calculating, when required, for any statutory payments i.e. SMP,SSP, Redundancy which will be checked by a supervisor

Setting up new PAYE schemes for clients with HMRC and also on to Earnie payroll softwar


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Completing Excel spreadsheets with clients payroll and pension information where necessary
