Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor contracted information to ensure all information is correct and in accordance to set guidelines.
  • Monitor and audit information provided within the sale to ensure it meets the customer’s agreement.
  • Set up contracted sites within the system with the correct contracting information.
  • Deliver professional and efficient pricing support to all internal customers.
  • Ensure pricing, contract query, validation and registration service level agreements are met.
  • Resolve queries to ensure all energy contracts are completed within agreed timelines.
  • Build and maintain excellent internal relationships to support a fluid service.
  • Working in the wider operations team you may be expected to provide administration support in different departments as the business requires.
  • Set up renewal contracts in line with company process.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum 2 years’ administration and customer support experience. Industry experience preferable but not essential. Microsoft office (minimum intermediate level). Excellent communication skills. Ability to manage own workload and balance priorities. High attention to detail.
