Job Description

Key responsibilities of the role include-

  • Working within a small and supportive team, reporting into the HR Manager
  • Responsible for processing payroll for the UK, Germany and France using ADP
  • Administer and process all starter, amendment and leaver actions including payroll and HR administration
  • Complete maternity and paternity administration and year end activities
  • Administration of pension plans and private healthcare
  • Producing monthly reports on turnover, starters, leavers and sickness
  • Produce P11D data

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Successful candidates will have experience with both German and French payroll processing. Fluency with the German or French language is highly desirable.
