Job Description

The ideal candidate will be working towards either the ACA or ACCA qualification and will have experience of undertaking a mixed Accountancy role.

Accounts Semi Senior Duties:

• Producing Year End accounts for clients
• Producing Management Accounts for clients
• Bookkeeping Duties
• Working with Seniors to ensure that jobs are completed on time.
• Preparing VAT Returns
• Preparing Corporation Tax computations
• Self-Assessment Tax Returns

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

AAT Qualified or Part Qualified ACA/ACCA At least 3 years of experience gained in a UK practice setting Strong communication skills and ability to liaise and form relationships with clients Accuracy, deadline focused and the ability to work on their own initiative is crucial Experience with accounts software - IRIS A highly professional appearance and attitude Enthusiastic, keen to learn and take on new challenges Highly organised with evidenced ability to manage time
