Job Description

The role reports into the Head of Financial Reporting & Control
and will be responsible for consolidated financials, period-end reporting, and ensuring compliance with IFRS and group policies.
Key Responsibilities
*Leading in the preparation of the consolidated financial statements including overseas subsidiaries.
*Review of overseas compliance.
*Ensuring monthly and quarterly results are in compliance key technical reporting standards.
*Key liaison with external audits including leading key technical projects and technical papers.
*Preparation of statutory financial statements under IFRS working closely with external advisors.
*Assisting with the preparation and review of budgets and forecasts.
*Working closely with the Head of Reporting / CFO with significant input in periodic board reports.
*Extensive analytical projects around contracts, revenue recognition and sales commission.
*Exposure to the Private equity partner including M&A Activity.
*Working with external tax advisors to review and assist with tax position and disclosures.
Provide technical advice around accounting treatment for new a existing commercial contracts.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

*Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA. *Experienced of preparing statutory consolidated financial statements. *A strong understanding and application of IFRS standards. *Previous experience dealing with tax advisors. *Experience of managing audit and reporting timelines. *Strong analytical experience.
