Job Description

This role will be responsible for the policing of the Selective distribution criteria and understanding the brand position in the marketplace for all UK retailers.

The Selective distribution Agreement allows retailer who meet a specific criterion to sell Shark & Ninja products.

• Create a daily process to check that UK retailers are complying with the criteria in place on the Selective distribution agreement.
• Audit all retailers daily to check compliance
• Where applicable issue cease and desist letter to unauthorized retailers and follow up until action is completed.
• Where retailers are not complying with the terms and conditions of the Selective Distribution agreement make sure they are advised, and the breach is rectified
• Keep the products that are part of the agreement up to date and communicated to the authorized retailers.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Good computer literacy and experience in Microsoft office programs, including word, Power point & advanced Excel. High level of attention to detail. Effective planning and time management. Strong administrative skills. Ability to connect information together. Ability to consistently work accurately with data. Good listening skills and the ability to absorb information and understand the impact on your role. Ability to communicate effectively on the telephone. A positive approach to your work and a general positive attitude. To work well as part of the team and support the team effort to achieve sales targets. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
