This varied role involves supporting the staff in the department by dealing with enquiries, issuing claims, obtaining and enforcing judgments and providing administrative support to members of the team.

We seek candidates with excellent organizational and communication skills and the confidence and ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all levels, both in writing and verbally.

Salary is commensurate with experience.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will have a firm but fair manner and will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, and talking to clients about their financial situations. Individuals will need good IT skills with the ability to priorities a varied workload and to work to and meet deadlines, whilst having a good eye for detail and a concern for quality and accuracy. Applicants should have a flexible approach with a positive outlook and a team player with the ability to use their initiative.
