Job Description
  • Accurately maintaining pharmaceutical products within our product files
  • Answering incoming customer calls – these will include queries, general questions and support requests
  • Calling existing customers to provide support and advice on the system
  • Updating customer information in the CRM
  • Resolving customer queries and keeping customers updated on the status of their queries

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • The successful candidate will have good pharmaceutical product knowledge from at least 2 years’ experience in a pharmacy-based role.
  • You will be able to empathize with our customers, keeping them informed of the status of their queries, and always focusing on delivering the best solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will be passionate about problem solving and must be able to manage and prioritise their own work.
