Job Description
Accurately maintaining pharmaceutical products within our product files
Answering incoming customer calls – these will include queries, general questions and support requests
Calling existing customers to provide support and advice on the system
Updating customer information in the CRM
Resolving customer queries and keeping customers updated on the status of their queries
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will have good pharmaceutical product knowledge from at least 2 years’ experience in a pharmacy-based role.
You will be able to empathize with our customers, keeping them informed of the status of their queries, and always focusing on delivering the best solutions.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about problem solving and must be able to manage and prioritise their own work.
