Job Description

Support the Planning & Procurement Team, to offer flexible cover for a variety of planning tasks, predominantly releasing production orders to the factory floor, processing and chasing up any raw material shortages, responding to queries from our Internal Customers. General data analysis, reporting and trend management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Releasing production to the factory floor on a daily basis
  • Liaising with the Cutting Room and Cad office to ensure priorities are met
  • Monitor the volume of work in the Cutting Room
  • Maintain the Production Schedule and circulate
  • Chase up and monitor any shortage to Production order
  • Assist team in processing any quality failures, reporting, data analysis
  • Housekeeping on the System as required
  • Occasional raising of PO’s on SAP

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
SAP Experience or other ERP systems experience dealing with critical data. Organized and methodical way of working. Analytical, numerical and problem solving skills. Focus and attention to detail. Accurate systems data entry-right first time. Ability to priorities work load. Good communication skills. Experience dealing with people from different functions. Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills. Good level of literacy and numeracy.
