Key responsibilities
To contribute to the effective and efficient management of compliance documents ×
Providing administrative support to the consultants
Speaking with candidates and temporary workers for employment documents
Telephone and reception duties, and other general administrative support as required
You may occasionally contact the general public to know whether they are looking for work and assess if they are a suitable candidate for specific positions

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous administrative experience. Demonstrate a willingness to learn. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to priorities workload. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to work well under pressure. Confident in Microsoft packages such as excel and word.
