Job Description

Our client has a unique and newly created opportunity to join an expanding department. You will be working closely with the Product Director providing a variety of administrative and procedural support.

The job will involve a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring product and policy documentation is kept up to date, maintaining the electronic filing of company processes, data management for departmental information including regular data cleansing, ensuring audit trails are implemented and process paths are accessible to staff and general ad hoc administrative support as instructed by the Director.

As this is a new position the scope to develop and evolve within this position is excellent as well as being a business that look to promote from within.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
For this position, you will need strong Excel and IT skills, be good with data and very organized and have the ability to work under supervision but also with autonomy when required.
