Job Description

This specific vacancy is only for a candidate who has fairly recent experience of working with Independent Financial Advisers and the systems that they use. Some training can be provided, but as the role is performed remotely, they really need someone who understands IFA's and how they work so that they can hit the ground running. 


This is a full administrative support position, working from home on a permanent basis. They are able to be flexible on hours, but do need someone to work at least 28 hours per week. Of course, if you wanted to work more than this it would be welcomed and all overtime is paid. Ideal for those who have commitments outside of work such as parents who need to do the school run; as long as your hours are consistent and you make yourself available for the client during core hours, they are happy to accommodate.

Salary is £12.50 per hour, which works out to be about £24K full time equivalent. They pay standard benefits such as holiday, DIS, Pension etc.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You MUST also have considerable experience using the Intelligent Office back office system and will not be considered for the role without it.
