In order to support our Manchester based Recruitment Team we are looking to recruit a Recruitment Coordinator (remote working and then Manchester based).
This role offers you the opportunity to take on a highly varied administrative role in a fast paced environment. You will have overall responsibility for the administrative support across the entire recruitment cycle, from uploading new vacancies on DWF's applicant tracking system to administrating the new starters' process.
As a Recruitment Coordinator you will also be involved in reporting, interview arrangements, posting roles on job boards, supporting the invoicing process and formatting documents.
We are interested in talking with candidates who are interested in further developing their skills via an Apprenticeship (Business Administrator Level 3, 15 months). Prior administration experience and solid MS Office skills are beneficial. Having worked in a recruitment related environment would be an advantage.
This presents a great opportunity for you to apply your knowledge and develop your experience in a supportive learning environment (1 day / week protected study time).The Apprenticeship covers areas such as business organization, business governance, introduction to project management and personal development. The guided teaching is delivered through a mix of live webinars, online teaching sessions with face-to-face inductions and master classes.
