This post will be based in the Care (Education) and Treatment Reviews (C(E)TR) Hub, whose main objective is to support the Local Commissioner to facilitate discharge for service users currently in an inpatient setting to be repatriated into a community setting. The post will oversee all the administrative functions that enable discharge including the organization of Care (Education) and Treatment Reviews (C(E)TRs) ensuing the Chair Person and reviewers have all relevant documentation to undertake and complete reviews. The post will include the collection of data and completion of metric reports and AT Platform for the 4 areas.
You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be able to adapt your interpersonal and relational skills to a wide cross section of roles, bands and organizational boundaries.
In addition, you should possess excellent organizational skills and be experienced in dealing with confidential information, coordinating events, using IT and clinical systems as well as supporting the implementation of new systems and processes.
