You will require exceptional relationship management and leadership skills to successfully enhance and develop their first-class accounting function.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing financial leadership across reporting, planning cycles, budget setting and longer term planning

• Oversight of the delivery of monthly reporting

• Act as an integral business partner between operations finance and group reporting

• Presenting to senior management on business performance, with key influence on future business ventures

• Partnering the COO to drive business change

• Leading and motivating a team
