Job Description

This is a highly visible role working alongside the senior management team with excellent exposure to senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
Key Duties will include;
*Preparing and review of month end closing P&L, balance sheet, cashflow and working capital with supporting variance analysis
*Producing the inter-company reconciliation and FX analysis on inter-company balances
*Preparation of consolidated group financials
*Preparation of statutory accounts under IFRS.
*Balance sheet and inter-company reconciliations.
*Liaising with auditors and tax advisors across the region.
*Acting as a key contact with external auditors regarding audit.
*Assisting with group reporting preparing financial statements
*Managing journals and resolving queries with external auditors
*Forecasting - cash flow, balance sheet and working capital

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

*Qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA or CIMA with 1-3 years PQE *Experience working in tax is highly desirable, yet not essential *Must have sound technical IFRS knowledge *Prior experience within manufacturing or technology would be an advantage *Previous experience within a global organisation with exposure to multi-currency transactions would also be an advantage *Previous experience of preparing financial statements *Ideally Audit trained *Strong planning and prioritization skills with focus on delivery of objectives *Highly analytical with a key focus on detail *Passionate, energetic, high drive and ambition as well as a high level of initiative and self-motivation
