Job Description

Key responsibilities of the Logistics Administrator includes:

  • Administration and customer service both verbally and non-verbally with customers and suppliers
  • Arranging for transportation of goods
  • Processing paperwork accurately and maintaining the company database
  • Building rapport with internal staff and external customers and suppliers
  • Order processing
  • Raising invoices

Essential Core Skills

  • Familiar with Import/export administration
  • Able to work in a high paced environment, working conscientiously and proficiently
  • Competent at Microsoft packages and ideally Sage
  • Be self-motivated able to use own initiative and multi-task
  • Autonomous
  • Comfortable working with individuals at all organizational levels
  • Excellent interpersonal skills-persuasive, empathetic,able to handle conflict and pressure
  • Great at problem solving
  • European language skills would be an added bonus!
