Job Description
Key responsibilities of the Logistics Administrator includes:
- Administration and customer service both verbally and non-verbally with customers and suppliers
- Arranging for transportation of goods
- Processing paperwork accurately and maintaining the company database
- Building rapport with internal staff and external customers and suppliers
- Order processing
- Raising invoices
Essential Core Skills
- Familiar with Import/export administration
- Able to work in a high paced environment, working conscientiously and proficiently
- Competent at Microsoft packages and ideally Sage
- Be self-motivated able to use own initiative and multi-task
- Autonomous
- Comfortable working with individuals at all organizational levels
- Excellent interpersonal skills-persuasive, empathetic,able to handle conflict and pressure
- Great at problem solving
- European language skills would be an added bonus!
