Slice Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client, a revolutionary global fitness studio franchise brand.

They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator to join the team.

The successful candidate will provide an excellent level of service covering all office administration duties. They will ensure that all Office and Project Management Administration tasks are carried out in a timely and effective manner.

Please note, 2 years Administration experience is essential.

Main duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

·Give a high level of administrative support to the Managing Director and plan works to ensure that key milestones are achieved

·Minute taking in meetings

·Handling event agreements and Franchise licences

·Any ad-hoc tasks required in line with the needs of the business

·Answering the telephone

Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required:

·The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role. This is essential and unfortunately candidates who do not will not progress further

·Strong Google Suite skills are required for this role

·Ability to prioritise and organise your own work whilst working on a variety of tasks

·Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills

·Ability to work effectively under your own initiative

·Obtain a high level or professionalism, self-motivation and organisation

·Confident in liaising with stakeholders at all levels

·Attention to detail and problem solving skills

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This role will be based in our clients Fox Valley office and the hours are flexible but a minimum of 16 a week paid at £10 per hour to begin with.

This is a Self Employed/Freelance role
