 This is a fantastic opportunity for a cloud based bookkeeper to take a role and make it their own. Full Time, permanent role.

Moving across to cloud based Accounting has been a big focus this year for my client and now they need a bookkeeper who can join the team to hit the ground running. You will work closely with clients and have the opportunity to teach them Xero alongside your hands on Accountancy Work.

Cloud Bookkeeper Position Overview

• Provide full bookkeeping services to portfolio of clients
• Maintain client monthly/quarterly bookkeeping so that VAT returns can be filed by deadline including but not limited to sales ledger, purchase ledger, bank and VAT reconciliations, preparation of VAT returns, ECSL returns and CIS returns with use of Xero, and Receipt Bank
• Preparation of management accounts
• Assisting clients with bookkeeping and yearend queries
• Ensuring that work is completed within the agreed budget and timescale, ensure the account manager is updated on progress.
• Other tasks as reasonably required to ensure the smooth running of the job and department
• Prepared to travel and work occasionally at clients site and if required
