You will be reporting into the FD and your responsibilities will be broad. They will include:-
Assisting the FD with the financial controls of the group & assist in the production of regular monthly management information.
Detailed P&L preparation and analysis of all site contracts v budget.
Intercompany account reconciliations.
Understand the Cash flow management.
Understand & assist in the payment process for wages & suppliers.
Calculation of all cost accruals & prepayments and accrued & deferred income.
Be able to stand in for the FD & make payments via bank.
Support the FD in the further development & financial control of the business.
Any other Ad Hoc duties as & when required.
