Job Description

This is a unique and challenging opportunity for a recently qualified individual with a strong taxation background to join this expanding international organisation. You will take responsibility for all UK taxation matters including: group corporation tax and relief; tax positioning (forecast and deferred); VAT and Intrastat reporting; global royalties and recharges; acting as main point of contact for HMRC, external tax advisors and liaison within the group. Additionally, this role will support the Group Treasury Manager in all aspects of managing the treasury function including forecasting, hedging, cash management and systems development. This aspect of the role will grow over time and the successful candidate will be offered the opportunity to study for professional treasury qualification.

As an individual you will be degree educated, ACA/ACCA qualified from a leading top 20 Practice (Big 4 preferred) with significant exposure to tax and be seeking your first commercial opportunity. You should have an inquiring attitude, be self-motivated and demonstrate excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
