We have a great opportunity to join our Property Services team as an administrator, helping to support the team and provide a positive contribution to the established team dynamic. The Property Services Team is responsible for the ongoing schedule of branch refurbishments and repairs and managing the Head Office Workspace environment on all property matters.
You will provide administrative support to the Property Services Team; logging maintenance, adhoc branch repairs and logging helpdesk calls from both branch and head office relating to general property issues.
You’ll also support with multiple other tasks within the team giving you a broad selection of responsibilities. This will include, processing the Premises invoices, assisting with the management of company pool cars ensuring all relevant health and safety information has been collected before the car is issued and supporting with the Society’s carbon reduction reporting by collating all relevant information.
