My client, an award winning environmental company have an exciting opportunity for a strong and highly organized Administrator to join their busy team.
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the office and business systems, be able to work on your own initiative as well as a great team player.
Duties will include
Maintaining all aspects of management system, recording and storing accurate data and ensuring all processes and procedures up to date.
Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases;
Managing filing systems
Maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment
Maintaining the condition of the office/ building and arranging for necessary repairs
Reviewing and updating health and safety policies and ensuring they are observed
Answering both internal and external calls, distributing messages appropriately
Supporting projects and the team with administration duties including contract renewals and new documentation
Ensuring specialist equipment has the relevant maintenance needed
Monitoring of general inbox and ad hoc duties for the Office Manager

Being able to priorities tasks based on importance and urgency. Proactive approach. Good attention to detail. Excellent time management. Good IT skills and confidence in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Highly organized. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Strong communication. Team skills. Flexibility.
