Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Logging and managing work orders relating to property maintenance and repairs across our branch network and office sites
  • Deliver excellent customer service when dealing with colleagues who raise requests taking action to complete these in a timely manner, chasing and providing updates where necessary.
  • Process invoices and raise purchase orders, investigating and challenging where necessary to ensure ‘value for money’ is a consideration throughout and handle queries as they arise.
  • Identify, plan and implement improvements to the processes within the team to make processes more streamlined and efficient including liaising with third parties to simplify the format of invoices and identify any other ways to improve the way we work together.
  • Deputies as necessary on Reception (Yorkshire Drive/Broadgate offices)
  • Publish Property related communications in the Group Tone of Voice to all YBS Group colleagues in the form of news articles, posters and emails.
  • Drive events to raise money for charity, volunteering, fun and team building activities

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Microsoft Word, and good (high level basic or intermediate) Excel. Basic understanding of estate or property management. Ability to communicate effectively. Able to self-organize and priorities.
