Job Description

The role will report into the CEO with full responsibility for Finance and day to day business operations (HR, Purchasing, Stock, Customer Service etc). The business is in its early stages of development with several innovative patented products which are manufactured and distributed globally.
Key duties will include;
*Responsibility for all areas of financial management accounting.
*Management of a small finance function.
*Contribute to strategic business planning and implementation of agreed plans.
*Support preparation and presentation for financial investment.
*Prepare for internal and external audits through the preparation and analysis of information.
*Plan and manage budgets and cashflow, generating management information as required.
*Keep up to date with international accounting standards for the UK and various European countries and the USA, in particular for imports/exports, tax planning and investment decisions.
*Take responsibility for purchasing and supply chain management.
*Oversee external and internal manufacturing.
*Manage warehouses ensuring they are appropriately stocked with inventory.
*Oversee customer service and other general office duties.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

*Fluent or Conversational / Business in Spanish. *An experienced Senior Finance Leader. *Ideally you with have previous experience within a manufacturing or Import / Export business.
