Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Contacting clients and customers
  • Ensuring all documentation is accurately recorded
  • Dealing with any maintenance requests accurately and efficiently
  • Screening applicants to ensure they match the requirements
  • Inputting data to a high standard
  • Drawing up agreements
  • Taking phone calls and responding to emails

The role is a fantastic full time Monday - Friday some weekend work is required. It is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for progression and to be a valued member of the team.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You must have at least 1 years’ recent experience in an Office Admin/Customer Service role and be able to build and maintain rapport quickly.
