Job Description

Main duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

·Give a high level of administrative support to the Managing Director and plan works to ensure that key milestones are achieved

·Minute taking in meetings

·Handling event agreements and Franchise licences

·Any ad-hoc tasks required in line with the needs of the business

·Answering the telephone


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
·The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role. This is essential and unfortunately candidates who do not will not progress further ·Strong Google Suite skills are required for this role ·Ability to prioritise and organise your own work whilst working on a variety of tasks ·Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills ·Ability to work effectively under your own initiative ·Obtain a high level or professionalism, self-motivation and organisation ·Confident in liaising with stakeholders at all levels ·Attention to detail and problem solving skills
