The role is based in the Worcester area, and the key purpose will be to collate and administer working hours on a weekly basis for submission to Payroll, as well as other related tasks around the engagement of temporary workers.
Key responsibilities include:
Correlation and submission of weekly hours for payment
Managing holiday, absence, sickness etc.
Data input
General administration
Report generation and submission
Transport administration and reports
Accommodation administration and reports
An ability to multi-task is required for this role, and a level head is a necessity, as well as excellent organisation and time management skills. The successful candidate will work closely with other team members and will need to build strong relationships with other team members and provide support in other areas, such as interviewing, registering and inducting new staff and daily / weekly planning.
