Job Description

Reporting to the Administration Manager, the new Administrator will play a pivotal role within the organisation across IT, facilities and general administration to help the team ensure that the charity's facilities and systems are maintained and well managed. You will also play a key role in office management as well as in the support to the Information Systems Manager to procure and maintain information systems equipment. You will act as the initial point of contact for staff queries relating to the telephones, mobiles, desktop and laptop computers and all other information systems including supporting remote and home workers. Last but not least, you will be involved in reception duties and you will manage conference room booking.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience within a similar role and the ability to work independently and proactively. You will be confident with liaising and negotiating with external suppliers and it would be beneficial (but not essential) to have also experience in facilities. You will have exposure to the main requirements of Health & Safety legislation and good practice, you will be computer literate with strong communication skills with an enthusiasm for the work and values of R.A.B.I.
