Job Description
Ability to provide administrative and business support
Managing day to day administrative office tasks
Work closely and flexibly with Head Office colleagues.
Preparing all areas for external and internal audits and reports
Understand the data protection policy and the equality and diversity policy
Ability to arrange complex meetings
Communicate professionally between all staff and external customers
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
-DBS Disclosure - Enhanced Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Demonstrate discretion and confidentiality when working in an environment. where sensitive and distressing information may be shared. Priorities, plan and organize own workload. Outstanding attention to detail and good time management skills Strong organization skills. Appropriate qualification, or equivalent experience, in administration, finance or management.
