Job Description
This client are really looking for a superstar - someone who will go the extra mile to resolve a query. This role will involve taking about 30 inbound calls a day and liaising with internal teams to ensure all questions can be answered. The client will put you through an excellent training program, allowing you to witness the manufacturing stages of their products to give you an excellent understanding of the process, in turn allowing you to be incredibly knowledgeable in your day to day role.
Other duties may include:
Preparing correspondence
Organizing orders e.g. for delivery or collection of products
Data input of returns/credits etc.
Attending client visits both on and off site
Creating Sales orders for the database
Supporting the field Sales Executives
Dealing efficiently with retailer and consumer phone queries
Ensuring high level of customer service and ownership of all situations
Investigate thoroughly each customer complaint and find a resolution
Maintaining departmental email management
Retaining full product knowledge in order conclude manufacturing faults
Support the customer service manager with projects
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You must be an excellent communicator - this can come from your previous experience of being on the telephone, or from face to face retail customer service, as long as you can back this up with previous administrative duties.
