Job Description

The successful candidate will have a key role in supporting our client and provide an important link between the company, their customers and the technical service engineers. You will be working as part of a small team in a challenging and fast-paced environment.

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Deal with customer enquiries on maintenance engineer call outs
  • Liaise with customers
  • Log and schedule call outs and workload
  • Maintain the in-house schedule
  • Generate quotations
  • Order parts from suppliers
  • Chase orders from suppliers and deliveries from the warehouse
  • Arrange returns
  • Invoicing
  • Filing

This role is working Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:15pm. The benefits of working for this company include free on-site parking, pension scheme, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and a salary of £18,000 -£19,000k.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational and administration skills. Ability to work under pressure. Professional telephone manner.
